This past week we found a pallet and made a second raised bed. Well, Gideon made it, and decided that there were too many nails to remove to try that again. I marked out paths for future beds, so we won’t start compacting the soil. We planted a pepper plant, and found a volunteer potato plant. The arugula and radish seedlings have sprouted. Also today we found some old windows while out on a walk, maybe they’ll become cold frames for next season?
