I’ve been on a quest to save elec­tric­ity, but also stay warm! which has been next to impos­si­ble because we have base­board heat­ing right under­neath our win­dows. A search around the web finds bub­ble wrap to be a good insu­la­tor. Will it work? Unfor­tu­nately, I don’t cur­rently have a source for free bub­ble wrap. Must find free bub­ble wrap.
